These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the public
marketing website operated by AZ Advanced Wound Care Professional Limited, doing business
as Arizona Wound Care Group ("AWCG," "we,"
"us," or "our"), located at
woundcaregroup.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site,
you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site is informational only — no medical advice
The content on the Site, including descriptions of wound care services, conditions, and therapies (such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, debridement, negative pressure wound therapy, skin substitutes, diabetic foot screening, and offloading), is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Do not rely on the Site for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional for advice about your specific condition.
- Individual results vary. Wound healing is influenced by many patient-specific factors. No outcome is guaranteed.
- Medical emergencies: if you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use the Site or its contact form for emergencies.
2. No doctor–patient relationship is created by the Site
Visiting the Site, browsing its content, submitting a contact form, sending an email to an address listed here, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site does not create a physician–patient, nurse–patient, or any clinical relationship between you and AWCG or any of its providers. A clinical relationship is established only by formal intake, evaluation, and documentation through AWCG's clinical operations.
3. Not a HIPAA-secure channel — do not submit PHI
The Site is a marketing site. It is not a HIPAA-secure communication channel and not a patient portal. Do not submit Protected Health Information ("PHI") — including patient names, diagnoses, chart details, insurance IDs, dates of birth, or Social Security numbers — through the contact form or by emailing addresses listed on the Site. For clinical communication, contact our office at info@woundcaregroup.com and we will follow up using a secure channel arranged with you.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Permitted use; prohibited conduct
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial informational purposes, and for legitimate business inquiries (for example, a facility administrator exploring a partnership). You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach security or authentication measures;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site (e.g., denial-of-service, automated scraping at abusive volume, malware);
- Use the Site to harvest contact information for unsolicited commercial communications;
- Frame, mirror, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Site;
- Submit any patient PHI through the Site (see §3);
- Use AWCG marks, content, or imagery in a way that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, illustrations, video, audio, page layouts, code, and the selection and arrangement of these elements — is owned by AWCG or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
- AWCG marks. "Arizona Wound Care Group," the AWCG logo, and any related marks displayed on the Site are trademarks (registered or common-law) of AWCG. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
- Limited license to view. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for the permitted purposes in §5. No other rights are granted.
- Third-party marks. Marks of third parties referenced on the Site (e.g., payer logos, equipment manufacturers) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
- Feedback. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant AWCG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback without obligation to you.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or resources (for example, payer information, partner facilities, or government sources such as CMS or the FDA). Those sites are not under our control. We provide links for convenience and do not endorse the content, products, or services of third parties. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
8. Provider credentialing and licensure information
Any references on the Site to provider credentials, board certifications, NPIs, or state licenses reflect information believed accurate as of the date of publication. Verify current licensure with the relevant board (e.g., the Arizona Medical Board, the Arizona State Board of Nursing) before relying on any such statement.
9. Forward-looking and aspirational statements
Statements on the Site about AWCG's goals, planned services, planned service areas, or anticipated partnerships are aspirational and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of services to any patient, facility, payer, or partner. Service availability is subject to clinical appropriateness, capacity, geographic coverage, and contract.
10. No warranties; "as is"
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AWCG makes no representation that the information on the Site is complete, current, or appropriate for your situation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AWCG, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Site, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if AWCG has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, AWCG's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AWCG and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Your continued use of the Site after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.
15. Severability; entire agreement; no waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other notices posted on the Site, are the entire agreement between you and AWCG regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
